Integrated One-piece + Combined Design:

• It can produce 10 cubic meters of oxygen per hour, which can meet the oxygen needs of 80 to 100 people simultaneously.
  We have designed it as an A + B combined type, integrating all relevant components of the oxygen generator, including the oxygen generation main unit, air compressor, refrigeration dryer, and air purification system.
• While ensuring the oxygen concentration and flow rate, we have achieved a miniaturized design, which is the first of its kind in the industry.
• Its dimensions are A (L2500W900H2300mm) and B (L1200W900H1900mm). It only requires one pipeline for connection. It can be directly installed in the room without the need to build a separate machine room.

Oxygen Generation Main Unit:

• The oxygen generation main unit features a dual-tower adsorption structure design. With the dual-tower self-circulation technology, it can rapidly increase the oxygen concentration. The oxygen concentration can reach 93% of qualified oxygen in approximately 20 minutes.
• The independently developed molecular sieve filling technology realizes multiple control technologies such as automatic closed suction, layered filling, and dust removal treatment. It has a high degree of automation and a large filling density, ensuring both the filling safety of the adsorbent and a high oxygen generation concentration.
• The advanced airflow guiding and distribution technology, micro-flow control technology, and top cylinder compaction technology are the first in the industry. Coupled with high-performance molecular sieves, it achieves high stability of the molecular sieves and high efficiency of oxygen generation. With the ultra-clean air system, the service life of the molecular sieves can reach 100,000 hours.

High-level Gas Purification Treatment:

• Based on years of practical application experience, CWTech was the first in the industry to adopt a combination of a refrigeration dryer and a multi-layer filling process for the adsorption tower.
• An optional five-stage ultra-precision filtration system of the Italian ATS brand is available, with an air filtration accuracy of ≤1 µm, ensuring that the oxygen is free of water, dust, and bacteria.

High Safety:

• The compressed oxygen in the oxygen cylinder has extremely high pressure. During the transportation, handling, and storage processes, improper operation and management are likely to cause explosions.
• The oxygen generator uses pure physical oxygen generation and is a low-pressure device, which is safer.
• The oxygen generator can be installed indoors in the hospital and does not need to be moved, saving a large amount of cost for the hospital in transporting oxygen cylinders.

Economy:

• We have equipped the integrated oxygen generator with a permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor, with a maximum power of 16KW.
• It is small in size and has good heat dissipation performance. It can operate around the clock for 24 hours without any problems.
• It can produce 10 cubic meters of oxygen per hour, and each cubic meter of oxygen only requires 1.6 watt-hours, reducing your oxygen usage cost.

We have installed a remote control system for each oxygen generator:

• It enables remote viewing and control of the oxygen generation equipment through the APP.
• The oxygen generator can send alarm information through various communication methods such as APP, SMS, and E-mail.
• Real-time data and historical data can be stored in the cloud database and support data download.
• It can display the real-time oxygen output purity and allows querying of the historical data of the oxygen output purity.
• When an abnormal situation occurs in the system, the monitor and alarm will send out alarm signals, and automatic protective shutdown will be executed if necessary.
