Oxygen Generation Main Unit

• The oxygen generation main unit features a two-tower adsorption structure design and a two-tower self-circulation technology that can rapidly increase the oxygen concentration. It can reach 93% qualified oxygen concentration in approximately 20 minutes.
• The independently developed molecular sieve loading technology realizes multiple control technologies such as closed automatic suction, layered loading, and dust removal. With a high degree of automation and large loading density, it not only ensures the safe loading of adsorbents but also guarantees a high oxygen production concentration.
• The advanced gas flow guiding and distribution technology, combined with micro-flow control technology and top cylinder compaction technology (a first in the industry), and supporting high-performance molecular sieves, achieves high stability of the molecular sieve and high efficiency of oxygen production. Together with the ultra-clean air system, the molecular sieve can have a service life of 100,000 hours.

High-Grade Gas Purification Treatment

• Based on years of practical application experience, CWTech was the first in the industry to adopt the combination of a refrigerated dryer and a multi-layer loading process for the adsorption tower.
• An optional five-stage ultra-precision filtration system from the Italian brand ATS can be selected. The air filtration accuracy is ≤1 µm, ensuring that the oxygen is free of water, dust, and bacteria.

Integrated One-Piece Design

• To meet the usage requirements of small hospitals and clinics, CWTech engineers spent two years developing an integrated oxygen generator.
• It integrates all relevant components of the oxygen generator, including the oxygen generation main unit, air compressor, refrigerated dryer, and air purification system.
• While ensuring oxygen concentration and flow rate, we achieved a miniaturized design, which is a first in the industry.
• Its volume is ≤L1860W800H1850 (mm), and it can be directly installed in a room without the need to build a separate machine room.

High Safety

• The compressed oxygen in oxygen cylinders has extremely high pressure. During transportation, handling, and storage, improper operation and management can easily lead to explosions.
• The oxygen generator uses pure physical oxygen generation and is a low-pressure device, offering higher safety.
• The oxygen generator can be installed indoors in hospitals and does not need to be moved, saving hospitals a large amount of costs for transporting oxygen cylinders.

Economy

• We equipped the integrated oxygen generator with a permanent magnet variable-frequency air compressor with a maximum power of 7.5KW.
• It has a small volume and good heat dissipation effect, and can operate 24 hours a day without problems.
• It can produce 3.5 – 4m³ of oxygen per hour, and each cubic meter of oxygen only consumes 2.1 watt-hours, reducing your oxygen usage costs.

We Install a Remote Control System for Each Oxygen Generator

• Remote viewing and control of the oxygen generation equipment can be achieved through an APP.
• Alarm information of the oxygen generator can be sent via multiple communication methods such as APP, SMS, and E-mail.
• Real-time data and historical data can be stored in the cloud database, and data download is supported.
• The real-time oxygen output purity can be displayed, and historical data of the oxygen output purity can be queried.
• When an abnormal situation occurs in the system, the monitor and alarm will send out alarm signals, and the system will automatically execute a protective shutdown if necessary.
