Oxygen Generation Main Unit:
- We have filled more molecular sieve adsorbents in the 5m³ oxygen generator, increasing the oxygen production by 42%.
- The oxygen generation main unit features a dual-tower adsorption structure design, with the dual-tower self-circulation technology for rapidly increasing the oxygen concentration. The oxygen concentration can reach 93%, which is qualified oxygen, in approximately 20 minutes.
- With the independently developed molecular sieve filling technology, multiple control technologies such as closed automatic suction, layered filling, and dust removal treatment are realized. It has a high degree of automation and a large filling density, ensuring both the safety of the adsorbent filling and a high oxygen concentration.
- With the advanced gas flow guiding and distribution technology, microflow control technology, and top cylinder compaction technology, which are industry-firsts, and equipped with high-performance molecular sieves, the high stability of the molecular sieves and high efficiency of oxygen production are achieved. Combined with the ultra-clean air system, the service life of the molecular sieves can reach 100,000 hours.
High-level Gas Purification Treatment:
- Based on years of practical application experience, CW Tech was the first in the industry to adopt the combination of a refrigerated dryer and a multi-layer filling process for the adsorption tower.
- An Italian ATS brand five-stage ultra-precision filtration system can be optionally equipped, with an air filtration accuracy of ≤1 µm, ensuring that the oxygen is free of water, dust, and bacteria.
- The filter model has been enlarged to ensure the safety of the oxygen.
Integrated Design:
- To meet the usage requirements of small hospitals and clinics, CW Tech engineers spent two years developing an integrated oxygen generator.
- It integrates all relevant components of the oxygen generator, including the oxygen generation main unit, air compressor, refrigerated dryer, and air purification system.

High Safety:

We install a remote control system for each oxygen generator:

- The oxygen generator’s alarm information can be sent via multiple communication methods such as APP, SMS, and E-mail.
- Real-time data and historical data can be stored in the cloud database and data download is supported.
- The real-time oxygen output purity can be obtained, and the historical data of the oxygen output purity can be queried.
- When an abnormal situation occurs in the system, the monitor and alarm will send out alarm signals, and protective shutdown will be automatically executed if necessary.
